Family Empowerment Program

Empowering families as partners in education
At Inclusive Haven, we believe families are vital partners in inclusive education. FEP equips parents, caregivers, and guardians with practical knowledge, skills, and resources to support their children’s learning journey, advocate for their rights, and foster inclusion at home and in the community.

Key focus areas:
1. Hosting workshops on disability inclusion and learning support
2. Peer learning forums and caregiver support Networks
3. Accessible family-friendly learning materials and guides
4. Connecting families to essential services such as therapy, counselling, and specialist support

By strengthening home-school collaboration, we ensure every child receives consistent support both inside and outside the classroom.

Innovation Lab(iLab)

Creating inclusive learning resources and tools
Our iLab designs and tests inclusive learning materials and tools that support educators and learners. We prototype and adapt teaching and learning resources, develop accessible curricula, and contribute to research and advocacy that drives inclusive education.

Key Features:
1. Development of inclusive TLMs (Teaching & Learning Materials)
2. Research and co-creation with educators and communities
3. Piloting accessible digital and print learning resources
4. Policy briefs and systems change advocacy.

iLab ensures that innovation is not only creative but also inclusive, equitable, and grounded in real classroom experiences.

Inclusive Learning Hub(iHub)

Advancing Deaf education and building inclusive capacity
The iHub is our flagship program focused on Deaf education and inclusive learning. We provide early intervention, demonstrate bilingual KSL–English classroom models, and equip teachers and schools to support Deaf learners effectively.

Key focus areas:
1. Early intervention and parent–infant KSL programs
2. Demonstration of inclusive classroom models with bilingual teaching
3. Teacher and interpreter training for Deaf-inclusive education
4. Inclusive education capacity building for school leaders

By centering inclusion in teaching and school design, iHub fosters environments where children learn with dignity, confidence, and joy.

School Inclusion Support Program (SISP)

Strengthening school systems for sustainable inclusion
SISP works directly with schools, education officers, and communities to build capacity, adapt curricula, and embed inclusive practices into daily school life. We meet schools where they are and guide them step by step toward creating learning environments where every child is supported to thrive.

Key focus areas:
1. In-service training for teachers and school leadership
2. Inclusive lesson planning and instructional support
3. Ongoing coaching and mentorship at the school level
4. Monitoring and evaluating inclusive practices and outcomes

SISP turns commitment into action by translating inclusive education policy into practical, school-level transformation.
