Inclusive Early Learning hub
Access to communication, learning, belonging
The iHub is our flagship program advancing Deaf education and inclusive early learning. We provide early intervention, demonstrate bilingual KSL–English classroom models, and strengthen teacher capacity so Deaf learners can access language, communication, and participation from the start of life.
Key focus areas:
Early intervention and parent–infant KSL programs
Bilingual inclusive classroom demonstrations
Teacher and interpreter training for Deaf-inclusive education
Inclusive education capacity building for school leaders
Outcome: Children experience dignity, communication, and belonging in inclusive learning environments.

Innovation Lab(iLab)
Creating inclusive learning resources and tools
Our iLab designs and tests inclusive learning materials and tools that support educators and learners. We prototype and adapt teaching and learning resources, develop accessible curricula, and contribute to research and advocacy that drives inclusive education.
Key Features:
1. Development of inclusive TLMs (Teaching & Learning Materials)
2. Research and co-creation with educators and communities
3. Piloting accessible digital and print learning resources
4. Policy briefs and systems change advocacy.
iLab ensures that innovation is not only creative but also inclusive, equitable, and grounded in real classroom experiences.

Community Learning Hub
Families and schools evolving together
Our Evolution pillar comes to life through two core programs that strengthen the two environments children rely on most: home and school.
Family Empowerment Program (FEP) equips caregivers with practical knowledge, skills, and support to engage in their child’s learning, advocate for their rights, and foster inclusion at home and in the community. This includes caregiver workshops, peer support networks, accessible learning materials, and referrals to therapy and specialist services.
School Inclusion Support Program (SISP) builds the capacity of teachers and school leaders to embed inclusive practices into daily instruction and school culture. Through training, coaching, instructional support, and monitoring, we help schools translate inclusion commitments into sustainable, disability-responsive environments.
Together, FEP and SISP ensure that families and schools evolve in tandem, creating consistent support systems where children with disabilities can learn, belong, and thrive.
